Job Summary

Support the school’s administrative and marketing functions by managing communications & data management to enhance engagement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage WhatsApp and email communications to provide timely and clear information to parents, students, and staff
  • Process student invoices accurately to maintain current and precise payment records
  • Update and maintain the school attendance database to ensure data accuracy and easy access
  • Maintain and revise school schedules and calendars to reflect accurate event and class timings
  • Collaborate with the Events Coordinator to coordinate marketing efforts for programs and events

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Completed Secondary, Diploma, or Degree in any field
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva or Adobe for content creation
  • Minimum one year of administrative experience in sports or childcare industries preferred
  • Demonstrate strong customer-centric attitude with effective interpersonal communication across diverse age groups
  • Exhibit meticulous organization and problem-solving skills independently and within a team
  • Proactive in managing multiple projects and taking initiative
  • Committed to continuous self-improvement and skill development
  • Adaptable to manage differing perspectives and priorities professionally
  • Available to work 2 weekdays on Monday & Wednesday 3pm-8pm and Saturdays 8.30am-4.30pm
