Job Summary
Support the school’s administrative and marketing functions by managing communications & data management to enhance engagement and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage WhatsApp and email communications to provide timely and clear information to parents, students, and staff
- Process student invoices accurately to maintain current and precise payment records
- Update and maintain the school attendance database to ensure data accuracy and easy access
- Maintain and revise school schedules and calendars to reflect accurate event and class timings
- Collaborate with the Events Coordinator to coordinate marketing efforts for programs and events
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Completed Secondary, Diploma, or Degree in any field
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva or Adobe for content creation
- Minimum one year of administrative experience in sports or childcare industries preferred
- Demonstrate strong customer-centric attitude with effective interpersonal communication across diverse age groups
- Exhibit meticulous organization and problem-solving skills independently and within a team
- Proactive in managing multiple projects and taking initiative
- Committed to continuous self-improvement and skill development
- Adaptable to manage differing perspectives and priorities professionally
- Available to work 2 weekdays on Monday & Wednesday 3pm-8pm and Saturdays 8.30am-4.30pm
