Description:
- Greet customers in a welcoming manner, always maintain a professional and customer-centric approach
- Proactively engage customers to promote bank account and debit card and sharing of product knowledge
- Acquire new-to-bank customers and contribute to daily sales targets
- Guide customers through the digital account opening and application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of submissions
- Provide clear and friendly assistance on products, promotions, features, and benefits
- Assist customers with basic banking enquiries and direct them to appropriate channels when needed
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements during customer onboarding
- Maintain basic housekeeping
Period:
- 2 months
Location:
- Central
Working Hours:
- 11am to 7pm, 5 days per week on a shift basis between Monday and Sunday (including weekends)
- Rest days will be scheduled by the supervisor
- Please note that the working schedule and timings may be subject to changes based on operational requirements
Salary:
- $15/hr
Requirements:
- Minimum A level/Diploma /undergrad are welcome
- Ability to work as part of a team and take independent initiative without direct supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident, and sales-driven personality
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
- Customer service experience or sales experience is an advantage
- Comfortable approaching and engaging customers in a retail environment
