Job Summary

Our client is looking for a strong candidate to lead leasing for retail and commercial property portfolios, driving revenue growth and tenant satisfaction through strategic deals, data-driven decisions, and team mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Drive portfolio growth by developing and executing innovative leasing strategies that elevate property value and foster vibrant tenant ecosystems
  • Optimize occupancy rates, rental yields, and tenant satisfaction by leading high-stakes negotiations with anchor tenants and flagship locations
  • Analyze market trends and leverage data-driven insights, including predictive leasing models using AI and market analytics, to unlock hidden asset potential
  • Build and maintain a strategic network of premium tenants and brokers to secure first access to market opportunities
  • Position the portfolio as a benchmark for excellence by curating cutting-edge tenancy mixes and implementing leasing innovations
  • Implement tenant success programs designed to reduce tenant churn and enhance retention
  • Lead digital leasing initiatives, including virtual property tours, to enhance tenant engagement and leasing efficiency
  • Mentor and develop leasing talent through leadership programs to build high-performing teams

Required competencies and certifications

  • 7-10 years of leasing experience with a proven track record of closing large deals
  • 3-5 years of team leadership experience in leasing or related roles
  • Deep knowledge of lease clauses and contract terms with the ability to think strategically beyond contracts
  • Strong relationship-building skills to convert tenant interactions into strategic partnerships
  • Analytical skills to identify market trends ahead of industry reports
  • Leadership skills to inspire and coach teams to exceed performance targets
