Key Responsibilities

Talent Management & Succession Planning

  • Support end-to-end implementation of talent management and succession planning processes, including talent identification, assessments, reviews, development, and engagement initiatives
  • Facilitate talent review exercises across various employee groups
  • Monitor and track development plans for succession candidates and high-potential employees
  • Organise engagement sessions and developmental opportunities for identified talent pools
  • Monitor and report talent management and succession planning metrics

Leadership Development & Learning Programmes

  • Design, develop, and implement leadership and management development programmes
  • Partner business stakeholders and external training providers to customise leadership and capability development interventions
  • Lead end-to-end programme management, including needs analysis, curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation
  • Coordinate executive coaching, mentoring programmes, and leadership development initiatives
  • Manage talent nomination processes for internal and external development programmes
  • Drive continuous improvement of flagship talent and leadership programmes

Data Analytics & Process Improvement

  • Utilise talent analytics and reporting tools to generate insights and support decision-making
  • Support process enhancement initiatives through data analysis and automation opportunities
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor programme effectiveness and talent outcomes

Strategic Projects & Transformation

  • Support organisational talent transformation initiatives and culture-building programmes
  • Participate in projects related to leadership development, employee engagement, recognition, and well-being
  • Contribute to the enhancement of talent management practices and frameworks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Development, Psychology, or related discipline
  • At least 6 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or related HR functions
