Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the full HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Process monthly payroll, overtime claims, leave administration, and attendance tracking.
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance matters, work passes, and medical claims.
  • Coordinate employee training arrangements and maintain training records.
  • Support performance appraisal exercises and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare and submit IRAS forms (IRA8, IR21) and CPF submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore MOM regulations.
  • Liaise with government agencies and external vendors when required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR duties assigned by Management.
  • Manage daily office administration and general office maintenance.
  • Purchase and maintain office supplies, pantry items, uniforms, and PPE.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and staff welfare activities.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, courier services, and filing systems.
  • Arrange air tickets and hotel bookings for employees travelling overseas for business purposes.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by Management.
