Key Responsibilities
- Handle the full HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Process monthly payroll, overtime claims, leave administration, and attendance tracking.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance matters, work passes, and medical claims.
- Coordinate employee training arrangements and maintain training records.
- Support performance appraisal exercises and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare and submit IRAS forms (IRA8, IR21) and CPF submissions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore MOM regulations.
- Liaise with government agencies and external vendors when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc HR duties assigned by Management.
- Manage daily office administration and general office maintenance.
- Purchase and maintain office supplies, pantry items, uniforms, and PPE.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and staff welfare activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, courier services, and filing systems.
- Arrange air tickets and hotel bookings for employees travelling overseas for business purposes.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by Management.
