Job Scope
- Manage daily outlet operations and ensure service excellence.
- Lead, train, and supervise outlet staff.
- Monitor sales, inventory, and operational costs.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and company standards.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate outlet records.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, F&B, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations, with supervisory or managerial experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficient in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
