Job Scope

  • Manage daily outlet operations and ensure service excellence.
  • Lead, train, and supervise outlet staff.
  • Monitor sales, inventory, and operational costs.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and company standards.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate outlet records.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, F&B, or related field preferred.
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations, with supervisory or managerial experience.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  5. Proficient in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
