Job Summary
Able Best Employment Agency seeks a proactive, self-driven and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to independently manage customer relationships, close placements, drive business growth and contribute to the development of junior team members through knowledge sharing, guidance and leadership by example.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, online platforms, social media and referrals to build genuine and trust-based relationships
- Assess customer needs accurately and recommend suitable domestic helpers confidently
- Conduct interviews with customers and helpers, manage expectations clearly and close placements independently to ensure successful matches
- Maintain active follow-ups with customers to deliver an excellent and seamless customer experience
- Identify and pursue new lead opportunities through referrals, partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives to expand the client base
- Take full ownership of monthly sales targets and consistently achieve strong performance through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
- Work closely with fellow consultants and support team members to achieve branch and company goals
- Share industry knowledge, sales techniques and best practices with junior consultants to support their development and success
- Lead by example through professionalism, customer service excellence and strong sales discipline
Required Competencies and Certifications
- CEI certification is preferred for this role
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
- Experience in maid agency / employment agency sales is strongly preferred
- Candidates with successful backgrounds in insurance, property or other service-based sales will also be considered
- Strong customer relationship management and objection-handling skills
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Willingness to guide and support junior consultants
Other Information
- Basic Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 (depending on experience) , potential earnings including commissions can reach $4,000-$7,000 and up.
- Attractive tiered commission package per successful placement, with strong performers earning significantly above base salary
- 5.5 day work week with alternate week off-days
