Senior Education Manager SEA

We are looking for a driven, passionate superstar to join Team Tilbury as our Senior Education Manager SEA for SEA and India markets. In your role, you will report directly to our Head of Commercial SEA and work cross functionally with different teams.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Events
- Act as the strategic contact point for retailers and provide training initiatives that support commercial priorities and enhance in-store performance – trade meetings twice a year to provide new launch or big campaign information, product training (face-to-face and digital) to the retailers’ representatives, and other necessary supports to help retailers bring excitement and sales to CT
- Assess education needs across markets, translate insights into actionable strategies, and design targeted training programs to address capability gaps.
- Develop, adapt, and implement comprehensive training framework in close collaboration with HQ to ensure consistency with local relevance.
- Ensure successful store launch by working with retailer’s trainer or store manager, offering suitable training
- Lead training strategy and execution for new store openings, partnering closely with retailer trainers and store leadership to ensure readiness and strong launch performance.
- Spearhead high-impact in-store and PR events (e.g. masterclasses, makeovers) to drive brand engagement and customer experience.
- Oversee and support offsite activations, including pop-ups and trade events, to extend brand presence and reach new audiences.
- Lead training and capability-building for KOLs, including livestream preparation, product storytelling, and demonstration techniques.
- Represent the brand at a premium level by providing makeup artistry services for celebrities, influencers, and key brand moments.
People & Talent Development
- Support talent assessment and selection processes, ensuring the hiring of high-potential candidates aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
- Drive onboarding strategy and execution to accelerate new joiner productivity and integration into the business.
- Regularly evaluate field team capabilities through store immersion, identifying performance gaps and opportunities for upskilling.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and accountability across the field team.
In-Store Execution & Brand Experience
- Drive excellence in brand experience by ensuring consistent delivery of service standards across all retail touchpoints.
- Lead execution of in-store campaigns, animations, and activations to maximize sales performance and brand visibility.
- Translate business and customer insights into actionable in-store strategies to enhance productivity and customer engagement.
- Act as a key liaison between retail team and HQ, providing strategic feedback and recommendations to continuously improve execution and customer experience.
Collaboration
- Partner with Global Education and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of training initiatives and alignment with brand strategy.
- Support marketing and PR teams through product presentations and artistry-driven activations to boost brand awareness and customer engagement
Some attributes we are looking for
- 8 years of experience in retail sales and training in beauty brands
- Solid experience in both classroom training and field coaching
- Senior store manager or makeup artist with aspiration are welcome to apply
- Strong business acumen, proactive, a passion for beauty
- Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Eligibility to work in Singapore
- Ability to travel when required
