Key Responsibilities
Prepare and update 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD
Interpret engineering and construction drawings for drafting and quantity take-offs
Perform quantity measurements and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Assist in cost estimation, quotation preparation, and tender documentation
Perform basic technical calculations related to project requirements
Coordinate drawing submissions and revisions with engineers and project teams
Maintain and organize project drawings, BOQ, and technical documents
Track project progress and assist with project coordination and reporting
Ensure drawings and quantities comply with project specifications and standards
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Drafting, or related field
Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D drafting)
Ability to read and interpret technical and construction drawings
Experience in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation
Ability to perform basic technical calculations
Good organizational and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Qualifications
Experience in construction, engineering, or technical projects
Familiarity with tender and contract documentation
Prior experience in drafting and QS coordination roles
