Responsibilities

• Lead daily project execution by coordinating teams and resources to meet schedule and budget targets
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain compliance with local regulatory standards and ensure a safe work environment
• Manage logistics operations to optimize material delivery and equipment usage for efficient project progress
• Apply knowledge of local construction regulations to guide project activities and mitigate compliance risks
• Oversee onsite management activities to resolve operational issues and maintain project quality standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 5–10 years of onsite construction management experience
• Deep knowledge of local regulatory and safety standards
