Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Engineer, Customer Support to deliver high-quality technical service and support to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer service requests to deliver efficient, high-quality technical support
- Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems at customer sites to ensure reliability
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform corrective maintenance to maintain optimal system performance
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring service excellence and reliability
- Provide standby technical support outside regular working hours as required
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum NITEC or higher qualification, or equivalent relevant experience
- Technical training or hands-on experience in servicing equipment and systems
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated through effective customer interactions
- Customer-oriented approach with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
