Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Engineer, Customer Support to deliver high-quality technical service and support to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer service requests to deliver efficient, high-quality technical support
  • Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems at customer sites to ensure reliability
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and perform corrective maintenance to maintain optimal system performance
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring service excellence and reliability
  • Provide standby technical support outside regular working hours as required

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum NITEC or higher qualification, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Technical training or hands-on experience in servicing equipment and systems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated through effective customer interactions
  • Customer-oriented approach with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
