Partnerships Manager

At The Lab, we believe learning goes beyond the classroom. As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in growing meaningful relationships, creating memorable experiences, and driving opportunities that impact thousands of children and families.

This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building communities, and turning ideas into reality.

What You’ll Do

Partnership & Relationship Management

• Build and strengthen relationships with The Lab’s stakeholders, including:Internal customers – our parents and familiesExternal partners – schools, preschools, education partners, and organisations
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to expand The Lab’s reach and impact
• Act as a key point of contact to ensure excellent stakeholder experience and engagement

Events & Experience Creation

• Plan and execute exciting events, workshops, competitions, showcases, and outreach initiatives
• Work across teams to create meaningful experiences that strengthen community engagement
• Manage event timelines, coordination, logistics, and post-event follow-up

Business Growth & Customer Success

• Drive enrolment growth through relationship building and partnership initiatives
• Deliver excellent customer service while understanding stakeholder needs
• Develop engagement and retention strategies to strengthen long-term relationships

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with curriculum, operations, marketing, and centre teams
• Lead projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure successful execution

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or Customer Service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in event planning and execution
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Commercially driven with a customer-first mindset
• Managerial or team leadership experience will be highly preferred
• Passion for education and creating meaningful learning experiences for children
• Able to work on both weekends. Working days are Wed - Sunday. Off days are Mondays and Tuesdays.
