Sales Executive / Manager for Joy Juice

Job Summary
You will drive franchise sales growth by identifying and engaging potential franchise partners, managing leads, closing deals, and coordinating onboarding and support to ensure successful franchise launches and strong partner relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and follow up with potential franchise partners through calls, WhatsApp, email, and networking to generate sales leads
- Build and manage a pipeline of franchise sales leads to achieve sales targets
- Present franchise opportunities clearly and persuasively to close deals effectively
- Handle franchise enquiries and support the signing process to facilitate smooth agreements
- Source and follow up on potential shop locations and landlords to secure suitable sites
- Coordinate franchise onboarding activities with internal teams to ensure seamless setup
- Support franchisees during setup and launch phases to promote successful operations
- Maintain positive relationships with franchise partners and clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, franchising, or F&B sectors is advantageous
- Strong communication and sales skills demonstrated through successful client engagement
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads efficiently
- Proactive, confident, and results-driven mindset to meet and exceed sales goals
