Customer Service Executive

Join our team as a Customer Service Executive/Senior Executive, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by overseeing order processing and ensuring efficient communication across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer purchase orders using ERP systems, ensuring accuracy in part numbers, pricing, and documentation.
- Act as the main point of contact for B2B communication, addressing inquiries from distributors and OEM customers.
- Monitor and coordinate delivery schedules, working closely with logistics partners and manufacturing plants.
- Handle customer complaints, return requests, and defective product claims, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock availability and supporting order allocation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Production teams for seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions while supporting monthly reporting on service KPIs.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or order management role, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Proficient in using ERP systems; experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
