Medical Representative

We are seeking a driven Medical Representative to enhance sales of CNS products in a designated territory. The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships and effectively implement marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Promote and detail CNS products to healthcare professionals, including doctors and pharmacists.

• Develop new business opportunities while achieving territory sales targets.

• Collaborate on product presentations and sales activities aligned with marketing strategies.

• Monitor and report on territory changes and prescriber behavior regularly.

• Foster and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

• Address product queries from healthcare professionals in a timely manner.

• Gather and report competitor insights and market feedback to support the marketing team.

• Submit accurate sales activity reports and maintain documentation of customer interactions.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or the healthcare industry.

• Experience in institutional sales is preferred.

• Prior experience with a multinational pharmaceutical company is advantageous.

• Valid driving license and access to personal transportation for work.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.

• Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.

• High level of self-motivation and discipline, with the ability to work independently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
