Junior Medical Technologist

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Medical Technologist to provide essential laboratory support in delivering high-quality diagnostic services. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in collaborating with healthcare professionals and ensuring accurate reporting of neurophysiological and neurosonographical tests.

Responsibilities

• Perform neurophysiological and neurosonographical diagnostic tests as directed by healthcare providers.

• Record test results in the system and ensure timely dissemination of reports to the supervising physician.

• Maintain proper filing systems for reports to facilitate easy retrieval.

• Manage supplies and consumables by monitoring stock levels and ensuring adequate replenishment.

• Demonstrate proper use and maintenance of laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and functionality.

• Uphold a clean and safe work environment following health and safety regulations.

• Address patient feedback and inquiries, providing appropriate information and service recovery when necessary.

• Participate in service quality improvement initiatives and undertake additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Diploma in Medical Science or Biotechnology.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

• Proficient in computer applications.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
