  • Support packaging validation, testing, and qualification to ensure product integrity during handling, storage, and distribution
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and suppliers on packaging process development, improvements, and issue resolution
  • Provide engineering support for maintenance, modifications, and continuous improvement within the value stream
  • Ensure all activities comply with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (ISO and FDA standards)
  • Maintain effective cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines

What You'll Bring

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals
  • Experience in packaging validation, material qualification, or supplier transfer — an advantage

Skills:

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable and quick to learn in a changing business environment
  • Hands-on experience in packaging processes (blister packaging, dispenser boxes, shipper packaging) — an advantage

Accountabilities:

  • Safety, Quality, Service, and Delivery performance aligned with plant and value stream objectives
  • Contribution to project execution, CI initiatives, and cost-saving targets
