Assistant Manager, Finance

We are looking for a motivated professional to enhance our clinical departments through data analytics, providing insights that drive effective decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports to support decision-making processes.

• Focus on evaluating the impact of new service codes, fee revisions, and workload trends for various stakeholders.

• Continuously track metrics related to ongoing initiatives and monitor performance outcomes.

• Offer expert guidance in the creation of charge codes, ensuring alignment with service rules and efficiency standards.

• Develop or leverage tools for automating the preparation and presentation of metrics, utilizing formats such as PowerPoint presentations, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Accounting & Finance, Business, Data Science, or a related field.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and MS Excel.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Capability to produce clear and concise reports and presentations, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to collaborate across various team areas.

• Positive attitude and proven ability to work independently.

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
