- Install, test, and implement systems in accordance with specificationsand service level requirements, ensuring compliance with industry bestpractices.

- Manage systems changes using an established change request process,including assessing the impact, obtaining necessary approvals, andcommunicating status updates to multiple stakeholders.

- Conduct root cause analysis for system issues and proactivelyimplement measures to prevent recurrence. Continuously monitor the effectivenessof implemented measures and make adjustments as necessary.

- Develop and implement comprehensive service continuity measures,including robust backup/restore procedures and disaster recovery plans, toensure uninterrupted business operations in the event of disruption.

- Provide expert technical advice and guidance on systems to customersand project teams, assisting them in making informed decisions and resolvingcomplex technical issues.

- Good to have troubleshooting skills and resolving issues related toPSIM (Physical Security Information System), CCTV surveillance systems, accesscontrol, alarm & intrusion systems, and network infrastructure.

- Must have backend system configuration and setup skill sets &experience as below:- Perform CIS hardening for Windows and Linux Server

- Perform configuration of Linux Server- User account with limitedprivilege (sudoers)

- SSH account (sshd_config)

- Password control (chage/passwd)

- Server restoration with REAR

- Perform basic computer and network maintenance
