ADMIN AND ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, delivery orders and purchase orders.
- Assist with bookkeeping and data entry.
- Prepare monthly reports and account reconciliations.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal staff.
- Handle administrative duties and office correspondence.
- Support HR and payroll administration when required.
Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- • Minimum 2 years of administrative or accounts-related experience.
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- • Knowledge of MYOB or other accounting software will be an advantage.
- • Able to handle administrative and accounting duties independently.
- • Good communication and organisational skills.
