About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you are expected to deliver world-class products that solve real-world consumer problems. We are looking for a self-starter who naturally owns their outcomes and drives them forward.
This role requires the strategic chops to set product direction and own the roadmap, balanced with the willingness to get your hands dirty, execute with excellence, and mentor more junior members of the team. You will collaborate deeply with technology, design, and cross-functional business squads, while navigating senior stakeholder relationships with ease.
What you will do:
Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Use your strategic acumen to set the product direction, define the product roadmap, and align cross-functional stakeholders on prioritization.
End-to-End Delivery: Own and scale digital products through their entire lifecycle—from initial inception and design thinking to launch, post-launch integration, and continuous optimization.
Backlog & Execution: Create, refine, and ruthlessly prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, data insights, and overall business strategy.
Stakeholder & Leadership Management: Navigate complex internal and external environments. Manage relationships with senior leaders and external partners effectively, ensuring clear communication regarding joint roadmaps, requirements, and expectations.
Team Mentorship: Act as a collaborative team player, supporting and mentoring junior product managers to foster a high-performing product culture.
Data-Driven Optimization: Let data guide your decisions. Actively track product performance post-launch, leveraging analytics to drive continuous improvement, maintenance, or retirement of features.
AI Innovation: Bring a natural curiosity about AI into your daily work, actively experimenting with how to leverage AI tools to optimize your workflow and add value across the wider business.
What you need to have:
Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A consulting background coupled with banking or fintech domain expertise is highly preferred.
Experience: 5–10 years of product management experience with a proven track record of building and scaling digital products end-to-end.
Mindset: A strong self-starter mindset with a natural pull toward data and an instinct to let metrics guide your decision-making.
Leadership Presence: Strong stakeholder management skills with the professional presence to work effectively alongside senior executive leaders.
Collaboration & Culture: The collaborative wiring of a true team player, with a passion for cultivating talent and helping others grow.
Innovation: Genuine curiosity about emerging technologies and AI, with a habit of hands-on experimentation.
Core PM Skills: Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies, excellent prioritization frameworks, sharp attention to detail, and top-tier organizational skills.
