Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our Business Development team (“BusDev”) in our Singapore office. The role will support hiring across business and corporate functions, including Risk, Operations, Technology, Data, Organizational Development, Legal, Compliance, and others. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced work environment, enjoy working collaboratively with stakeholders, and have strong candidate sourcing and recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing talent for business and corporate functions across the firm. The detailed responsibilities will include:

  • Source and engage candidates through direct search, referrals, vendors, and recruiting platforms
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake through offer stage
  • Review and screen candidate profiles to assess suitability against role requirements
  • Work closely with hiring managers, vendors and candidates to facilitate the hiring process and to manage expectations
  • Liaise with hiring managers to collect feedback and coordinate next steps in a timely manner
  • Post new jobs internally and externally on recruiting websites
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build candidate pipelines
  • Support campus recruitment activities, including event program management, orientation, teach-ins, travel logistics, catering and other event organizations
  • Asist in summer internship programming and candidate experience management
  • Support ad hoc projects related to the recruiting process for both lateral and campus recruitment

Qualificationsand Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in financial services or large corporate environments
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting recruitment processes in Singapore, including familiarity with TAFEP/MOM fair hiring practices, is required
  • Experience sourcing candidates and managing full-cycle recruitment from role intake to offer acceptance across business and corporate functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Well organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, reliable, proactive, and with a strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel required; knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus
