Cloud Platform Engineer

About the Role

As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy scalable cloud solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring robust, secure, and high-performing cloud architectures that drive business innovation and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful technology solutions and contribute to strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate cloud platform architectures aligned with business objectives and security standards

• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure and platform environments across hybrid ecosystems

• Develop proof-of-concept solutions to evaluate architecture feasibility, performance, and scalability

• Analyze complex integration challenges and implement effective, innovative solutions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical requirements into clear architectural designs

• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration

• Contribute to key technical decisions and support delivery across multiple teams

• Stay informed on emerging cloud technologies and recommend enhancements to existing solutions

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Cloud Platform Architecture

• Strong experience in cloud infrastructure deployment and management (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing integration architectures

• Hands-on experience in cloud design, build, and deployment processes

• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend scalable solutions

• Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards

• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect)

• Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior engineers
