Job Description & Requirements

  • Preferably with administrative and/or customer service experience
  • Email knowledge is a must
  • 6 days’ work week 12-hour shift
  • Stationed in the Office and/or Client premises
  • Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Supports the day-to-day operations. Proficient in relevant computer applications like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently with a positive work attitude
  • Meticulous
  • Assist residents and visitors and attend to their enquiries and feedback.
  • Provide issue resolution to residents’ feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Answer phone calls and email correspondences from residents, authorized representatives, and contractors.
  • Log all calls received promptly and accurately.
