- Lead end-to-end delivery of banking product transformation, implementation, and change management initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence across global markets.
- Drive product roadmap planning, stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, and prioritization of enhancements, collaborating with business, technology, and vendor teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.
- Manage large-scale liquidity and cash management programs, overseeing product implementation, process optimization, risk controls, governance frameworks, and customer experience improvements.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic reporting, business analysis, and transformation recommendations, ensuring successful execution of regulatory, operational, and technology-driven initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, change management, and post-deployment support within Agile delivery environments.
- Establish strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication practices while driving continuous process improvement, vendor management, and service delivery excellence across complex banking ecosystems.
