Sales Solution Architect (Cloud - Azure / AWS / GCC)

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to head the Government Digital Solutions Business Unit, responsible for delivering enterprise-grade digital platforms and applications for Whole-of-Government (WOG) customers.

This is a senior leadership role combining P&L ownership, product strategy, enterprise delivery, and stakeholder management, working closely with cross-functional teams and major enterprise software partners to support Singapore’s digital government agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand business, technical, and compliance requirements
• Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and architecture presentations
• Support presales activities including proposals and RFP responses
• Design cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments
• Develop architectures for cloud migration, application modernisation, and landing zones
• Ensure compliance with GCC, IM8, MTCS, and security standards
• Support risk assessments, security reviews, and governance discussions

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure, or solution design
• Minimum 3 years in presales or customer-facing roles
• Strong experience delivering solutions for enterprise or government clients in Singapore
• Hands-on experience with at least two cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Huawei Cloud (good to have)
• Experience designing high availability, resilience, and disaster recovery architectures
• Proven ability to conduct technical workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Experience preparing technical proposals, architecture documents, and cost estimates
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
