Cloud Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Infrastructure Engineer to support the operation, maintenance and enhancement of enterprise infrastructure platforms within a highly regulated environment. The successful candidate will be involved in managing Windows server environments, virtualization platforms, system maintenance activities, and infrastructure projects while ensuring high system availability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the maintenance, administration and patching of enterprise infrastructure systems

• Support Windows Server, virtualization and end-user computing platforms including Citrix and Nutanix environments

• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting and issue resolution to minimise service disruptions

• Support incident, service request and change management activities

• Assist in infrastructure implementation, system refreshes and technology upgrades

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors and project teams to deliver technical solutions

• Manage IT asset inventory, equipment lifecycle tracking, condemnation and disposal activities

• Support compliance, audit and security-related initiatives

• Participate in project activities, documentation and operational support processes

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline

• 1 to 3 years of experience in infrastructure, systems administration or platform engineering

• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server environments

• Exposure to one or more of the following technologies:

• Nutanix Acropolis Hypervisor (AHV)
• Citrix Virtual Desktop
• Ubuntu Linux
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux
• Microsoft System Center Suite
• BeyondTrust PAM/PIM
• RSA Security Appliances
• Splunk
• SolarWinds
• Tenable VMS
• Veeam Backup & Replication
• Ansible Automation Platform

• Good understanding of infrastructure operations, system lifecycle management and IT service delivery

• Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with vendors and supporting infrastructure projects will be advantageous

Additional Information

• This role is fully onsite and does not offer work-from-home arrangements.

• This role supports a government-regulated project that requires the successful candidate to obtain the necessary security clearance. Due to clearance requirements, only Singapore Citizens are eligible for consideration.
