Accountant

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone to maintain the set of accounts for the business.

You will work directly with the operations and sales team to ensure accurate delivery of monthly accounts payables and receivables.

What are you supposed to do?

- Generate documents required for the sales team to perform operations (quotes, invoices, agreements etc.)

- Follow up on accounts receivables to ensure timely collection of payments

- Update and monitor data of inventory

- Generate weekly summary of reports to reflect revenue, COGS, and inventory etc.
