Company Description
Indexync is an early-stage SaaS startup building the backend operating system for e-commerce sellers in Southeast Asia. We help sellers manage products, inventory and orders seamlessly across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify - reducing manual work and helping them scale more efficiently.
We are in an active growth phase, focused on driving user signups through social media content and paid advertising. We are looking for a driven marketing professional to own this function end-to-end.
Role Description
You will own Indexync’s organic social media presence and paid advertising function. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you will be creating content, running campaigns, building a free-to-paid nurture pipeline and analysing performance to iterate fast.
You will work closely with the founders with real visibility into company strategy, growth decisions and have a real voice in shaping how we grow.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Content Creation & Management
- Own end-to-end content creation for Instagram and TikTok including ideation, scripting, filming, editing and publishing
- Manage content calendars, scheduling and community engagement across both platforms
- Develop platform-native short-form video content that resonates with marketplace sellers and small business owners
- Repurpose content across formats to maximise reach and maintain a consistent brand voice
- Monitor trends, test hooks and content formats, and iterate based on performance data

2. Paid Social Advertising
- Plan, set up and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager targeting Singapore and SEA marketplace sellers
- Build audience segments, test ad creatives and optimise campaigns for user signups and cost per acquisition
- Ensure alignment between ad creatives and landing page experience to reduce bounce and improve conversion
- Scale ad spend thoughtfully based on performance data and campaign results

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and report on key metrics across organic social and paid channels on a weekly basis
- Use data to make informed decisions on content strategy and ad spend allocation
- Maintain a clear view of cost per acquisition, conversion rates and channel ROI

4. Conversion & Nurture
- Build and manage a systematic conversion pipeline for free users to convert them into paying customers
- Work with founders to identify conversion drop-off points and test messaging that addresses them
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience in social media marketing and/or performance marketing
- Proven experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, audience building, A/B testing and conversion optimisation, not just boosting posts
- Strong content creation ability - comfortable scripting, filming and editing short-form video for Instagram and TikTok
- Analytical mindset - you read performance data and adjust strategy accordingly
- Self-starter who can work with minimal direction and take full ownership of outcomes
- Bonus: experience marketing to ecommerce sellers, SMEs or marketplace platforms in Singapore or SEA
