Clinic Assistant (Central, Radiology Clinic)

Working days/hours: 5.5 days, office hours
Salary: $2700 - $3000
Job scope
- Register patients and schedule appointments for radiology and imaging services.
- Assist with patient admissions, billing, payment collection, and insurance/Medisave documentation.
- Prepare and verify patient records, consent forms, and referral documents before imaging procedures.
- Coordinate with radiographers, radiologists, and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Attend to patient enquiries, phone calls, and appointment rescheduling requests.
- Maintain accurate records and update patient information in the clinic management system.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and report management.
- Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, patient confidentiality, and service standards.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min A / N / O Level/ Nitec or Diploma in any field
- Prior experience as a clinic assistant, particularly in radiology or imaging discipline would be advantegous
