As our Singapore business continues to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to join our team and support our financial operations and business growth.

The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, cash flow management, tax compliance, and audit coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and supporting management decision-making.

1. Finance & Accounting Operations

• Handle full set of accounts
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Maintain General Ledger (GL) and accounting records
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Conduct bank reconciliations and cash management functions
• Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and updated on a timely basis

2. Financial Reporting & Management Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Generate management reports and financial analysis
• Assist in budgeting and cost control activities
• Support cash flow forecasting and financial planning
• Provide financial data and insights to support management decisions

3. Tax Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

• Prepare and support GST filing and related tax matters
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors for annual audit exercises
• Ensure compliance with Singapore financial regulations and accounting standards
• Maintain proper financial documentation and internal control procedures

4. Business Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Support finance-related activities for purchasing, logistics, sales, and engineering departments
• Assist with regional and group financial reporting requirements
• Participate in ERP implementation and finance process improvement initiatives
• Support management with other finance and administrative responsibilities as required

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Relevant experience in finance and accounting functions
• Familiarity with full set accounting and financial reporting
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and bank reconciliation processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Familiarity with Singapore GST filing and IRAS regulations
• Knowledge of IFRS or Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Xero, or MYOB
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, technology, or manufacturing industries
• ACCA, CPA, or other professional accounting qualifications will be an advantage
• Experience in regional financial reporting and consolidation is preferred
