- Drive development of new materials, technologies, and adhesive systems from concept to feasibility stage
- Plan and conduct lab experiments, pilot trials, and production-scale testing
- Contribute to feasibility studies, business cases, and project development work
- Conduct literature reviews, patent searches, and support freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis
- Support technology roadmap planning and provide input on investment decisions
- Identify and evaluate new raw materials and technologies through external networking (suppliers, academia, research institutes)
- Contribute to invention disclosures and innovation pipeline development
- Provide technical guidance and support for interns, students, or apprentices
