The Role
Reports to: Head of Programming
We’re looking for an art director to steer our creative studio and oversee our design operations for an 8-month contract. This is a fast-paced, high-autonomy role where you’ll be leading live projects across the club including F&B, events, membership, spa and coworking space. You will be the brand guardian responsible for keeping our visual standard high.
What you’ll be doing
- Brand Guardianship: Taking our brand guidelines and ensuring every visual touchpoint in the Club remains cohesive, and intentional.
- Creative Oversight: Managing the day-to-day studio workflow and collaborating with the team to move projects efficiently from concept to completion.
- Production: Moving projects from digital concepts to physical collateral. You’re happy to get your hands dirty to make sure the final product looks perfect in the space.
- Social Content: Managing The Nanson's social media channels, including quick-turnaround photography and video layout needs.
The Fit
- You are curious about trends, current affairs, and everything under the sun.
- Have the proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate
- You can handle a variety of tasks and don't mind a "no two days are the same" environment.
- You can take a brief and run with it, but you're a natural collaborator.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Photography and video editing are necessary.
