Salary Range: Up to SGD9,000 (Max) + 1 month completion bonus
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate CoE Total Rewards Specialist to join our team at Suntory Beverage & Food Asia Pacific who will be responsible for developing and enhancing Total Rewards policies, programs, and processes while ensuring consistent delivery of regional and global CoE solutions. The role drives continuous improvement of Total Rewards initiatives and provides recommendations to optimize HR solutions, supporting business and talent objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Total Rewards Services & Processes
- Support the design and delivery of Total Rewards CoE solutions across markets.
- Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking, job evaluations, incentive calculations, and benefits program updates.
- Assist in annual reward review cycles, including system, data, and process execution.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver standardized yet locally relevant processes
- Manage and execute Total Rewards activities independently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Handle employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and reward policies.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with regional Rewards and People teams to ensure effective CoE solution delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align processes and resolve escalated queries.
Continuous Improvement
- Align Total Rewards processes with business priorities and local market needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements based on insights, best practices, and stakeholder feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of experience in Rewards Operations, or 5–8 years of experience across broader Human Resources functions.
- Exposure to Total Rewards program design and implementation, including one or more of the following areas: Compensation, Benefits, and Global Mobility within regional or global MNC environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and manage reward programs aligned with business and organizational culture objectives.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage insights, analytics, and digital tools to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with HR systems and technologies, including SAP and Employee Central.
