Lift Supervisor (Up)

Location: Kaki Bukit
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:45pm
Salary: Basic + allowance up to $4,000
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate lift/elevator installation, servicing, and repair works
- Lead and manage a team of 15–20 technicians
- Ensure all site works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work progress
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams for project coordination
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site solutions when required
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance schedules and service requests
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the lift/elevator industry
- Proven experience in team leadership / supervision (15–20 technicians)
- Must possess own motor vehicle
- Able to travel to different job sites as required
- Strong technical knowledge in lift installation, servicing, and maintenance
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently
