Logistics & Inventory Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement, storage, and distribution of inventory and equipment
• Transport supplies and stock between designated locations safely and efficiently
• Assist with loading, unloading, and handling medical equipment and accessories
• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock replenishment activities
• Conduct stock checks and inventory audits to maintain accurate records
• Maintain proper documentation of inventory movements and operational activities
• Support the setup, relocation, and tracking of equipment and workplace assets
• Ensure storage areas remain organized, safe, and compliant with operational procedures
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min GCE N/O or ‘A’ Levels or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or related fields is advantageous but not required
• Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment
• Able to commence work within a short notice period
