Operations Executive (Healthcare, Career Progression)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Executive to support the operational, administrative, and clinical coordination functions of our healthcare organization. The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals, management, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
• Support clinical services, patient care coordination, and workflow management.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of operational processes and quality initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and project-related activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments, healthcare professionals, and external partners as required.
• Support medical affairs activities, including documentation management, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, clinical operations, medical affairs, healthcare administration, or related fields is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital systems.
