QA Manager (Based in Northern Europe/Manufacturing)

• Reporting to General Manager and establish quality strategies and policies; implement World-Class quality engineering and validation tools and systems.
• Manage Quality Assurance systems and activities in partnership with other key functional groups to ensure reproducible product quality and compliance.
• Oversee Quality System management, production & mold manufacturing quality controls and project qualification activities.
• Support Program Manager in executing project implementation.
• Plan and execute quality control activities; organize QA staff according to work requirements, ensuring manufacturing effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance to all applicable quality systems.
• Plan and lead in company-wide training initiatives for quality system and QA activities.
• Provide interface to customers' Quality Compliance organization to ensure that project team complies with customers' requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quality Engineering or related fields.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality management systems in a manufacturing environment. Understands ISO certification procedure and experiences in plastics/mold making industry advantageous
• Certified Quality Manager, lead Auditor in ISO 9000 or 14000
• Good knowledge and experience in GD&T, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 QMS
• Independent, good initiative and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Position will be based in Northern Europe Office
• Monthly salary + housing allowances and variable bonus.
