Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

  • Champion Our Solutions: Promote and sell our premium products and IT solutions to new and existing customers.

  • Hunt for Opportunities: Proactively identify and develop fresh business pipelines through strategic prospecting, networking, and referrals.

  • Build Lasting Partnerships: Establish and maintain rock-solid relationships with key customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.

  • Deliver Wow-Factor Briefings: Conduct compelling product presentations, live demonstrations, and technical solution briefings.

  • Solve Real Business Problems: Deeply understand customer pain points and consultatively recommend the absolute best-fit solutions.

  • Draft Winning Proposals: Prepare highly professional quotations, commercial proposals, and comprehensive tender submissions.

  • Master Negotiations: Negotiate win-win pricing, contract terms, and commercial agreements with clients.

  • Collaborate Globally: Work closely with international vendors, internal Product Managers, and technical teams to unlock massive new pipeline opportunities.

  • Keep Your Pulse on the Market: Monitor market trends, spy on competitor activities, and gather valuable customer feedback.

  • Own Your Pipeline: Manage your active sales funnel and maintain pristine, accurate records in our CRM systems.

  • Crush Your Goals: Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets, revenue objectives, and business goals.

  • Ensure Flawless Delivery: Coordinate seamlessly with internal operations and support teams to ensure smooth project rollouts and happy customers.

  • Represent the Brand: Participate actively in exciting marketing events, international exhibitions, technology seminars, and exclusive product launches.

Requirements (What You Bring)

  • Solid Foundations: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.

  • Sales Hustle: 1–3 years of active sales experience ( hungry, energetic fresh graduates with a massive interest in tech sales are highly welcome to apply!).

  • Tech Curiosity: Prior exposure to IT, telecommunications, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise software solutions is a massive advantage!

  • Elite Communication: Strong verbal/written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • The Self-Starter Spirit: Highly self-motivated, proactive, incredibly organized, and deeply customer-oriented.

  • Team Player: Ability to work independently with high autonomy while thriving in a collaborative team setting.

  • Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and popular CRM software.

  • Business Acumen: Strong logical reasoning, analytical skills, and sharp business instincts.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points!)

  • Knowledge of enterprise IT solutions, unified communications, networking, cloud services, or cybersecurity.

  • Familiarity working alongside channel partners, system integrators (SIs), or value-added resellers (VARs).

  • A clear understanding of complex B2B sales cycles, lead nurturing, and account management.
