Sales & Marketing Assistant

Bang & Olufsen are looking to enhance our presence across South Pacific with a new Sales & Marketing Assistant position.

We are seeking a highly proactive and organized team member to support the Marketing Manager and the Area Sales Manager in executing and coordinating key activities across our network, covering Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Pakistan, Cambodia as well as Australia & New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

Regional Marketing & Brand Activations (Supporting the Regional Marketing Manager)

  • Be involved in the execution of exciting campaigns, product launches, and brand experiences across the South Pacific region
  • Coordinate the logistics of event materials and marketing assets across markets
  • Work closely with HQ teams, vendors, agencies, media partners, KOLs, and local markets to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly and on time
  • Support the planning and execution of events, PR activities, and partnerships
  • Monitor media coverage and assist in compiling PR clippings and campaign reports
  • Prepare presentation decks and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders

Regional Sales & Retail Operations Support (Supporting the Area Sales Manager)

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the South Pacific region across sales and retail functions
  • Assist in consolidating sales reports and tracking retail initiatives across multiple markets
  • Work closely with HQ and local market teams to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups
  • Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and reports to support business reviews and regional projects
  • Be part of cross-functional projects and contribute to the continuous growth of the business

What you bring

To thrive in this role, we imagine you are eager to learn and grow in an international luxury company. You bring 1–2 years of relevant working experience, although fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Moreover, you bring:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HQ teams, market partners, agencies, media, KOLs, and local stakeholders.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Curious, eager to learn, and excited to gain exposure across sales, retail, marketing, PR, media relations, KOL partnerships, and brand experiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint & Excel, with the ability to prepare professional presentations & reports
  • Language skills: Fluent in English. Any additional regional languages a plus (Bahasa/ Thai/ Tagalog/ Vietnamese/ Khmer…)

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.
