Senior Executive, Talent Development (Healthcare)

Location: Jalan Bukit Merah

Salary: Up to $5,000/month

5-day work week (42 hours/week)

Job Scope

• Manage and administer fellowship and scholarship programmes for Healthcare Professionals.
• Coordinate fund acquisition, selection processes, and claims administration.
• Organise and support annual scholarship award ceremonies.
• Liaise with stakeholders across healthcare institutions.

Requirements

• Min. Degree in any discipline.
• Has prior relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Independent, resourceful, and a good team player.
