Senior 3D Event, Exhibition & Thematic Designer

We're looking for a highly creative 3D Designer with experience in exhibitions, events, thematic environments, festive installations, retail activations, museums, attractions, or experiential marketing projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop creative concepts, thematic storytelling, spatial experiences, and brand environments
• Design exhibitions, events, retail activations, festive campaigns, experiential marketing projects, and themed installations
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings, visualisations, mood boards, and presentation materials
• Create production drawings and fabrication-ready artwork
• Work closely with project, production, and client-facing teams to bring concepts from idea to execution
• Research emerging design trends, materials, visitor engagement strategies, and experiential technologies
• Ensure design feasibility, quality standards, and successful project delivery

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Spatial Design, Graphic Design, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in exhibitions, events, experiential marketing, themed environments, museums, attractions, or retail activations
• Proficient in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of fabrication methods, materials, production processes, and spatial planning
• Strong portfolio showcasing event, exhibition, experiential, thematic, or retail projects
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
