Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our sales, administration, purchasing, and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Source suppliers and process purchase orders.
  • Coordinate servicing, maintenance, and calibration of equipment.
  • Assist the sales team in liaising with clients and handling enquiries.
  • Maintain records and support day-to-day office operations.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Relevant administrative or purchasing experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous and responsible.
