Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our sales, administration, purchasing, and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Source suppliers and process purchase orders.
- Coordinate servicing, maintenance, and calibration of equipment.
- Assist the sales team in liaising with clients and handling enquiries.
- Maintain records and support day-to-day office operations.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Relevant administrative or purchasing experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous and responsible.
