Project & Process Improvement Manager

  • Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to completion

  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements

  • Track project progress and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget

  • Identify risks and implement mitigation actions

  • Prepare regular updates and reports for management review

  • Review existing operational and investment processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies

  • Design and implement improved workflows and solutions to enhance productivity and accuracy

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods

  • Ensure improvements are properly implemented and sustained

  • Work closely with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to align project goals

  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders on project updates, progress, and outcomes

  • Manage external vendors, partners, and consultants when required

  • Support investment evaluation, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis

  • Use data to support decision-making and project prioritization

  • Assist in preparing business cases and financial analysis for new initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum a Degree holder.

  • Has at least 5 years of project management experience in areas such as investment projects, finance, business operations, or process improvement.

  • Enjoys driving change and transformation by identifying opportunities to improve processes and business performance.

  • Has successfully led complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and delivered measurable outcomes.

  • Possesses strong financial and analytical capabilities to assess project feasibility and support investment decisions.

  • Communicates effectively and is confident working with stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels.

  • Holds PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Is proficient in project management applications and advanced Excel skills.
