Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

  • Participate in company-wide strategic decision-making and execute global market expansion and investment strategies.
  • Build the company’s business development framework and design medium-to-long-term plans, advancing global presence in Web3, cloud computing, mining, and related sectors.

Market Development & BD

  • Lead global business expansion; proactively identify and build high-value partnerships.
  • Develop large-scale client accounts including institutional investors, mining partners, cloud mining users, and exchanges.
  • Explore emerging market opportunities to promote company offerings and enhance brand recognition and market share.
  • Collaborate across departments (marketing, sales, operations, tech) to create customized solutions for various markets and clients.

Business Investment & Strategic Partnerships

  • Drive business investment activities, screen M&A opportunities, conduct market and industry research, due diligence, and push deals to completion.
  • Maintain and grow strategic relationships with top-tier enterprises, VC/PE firms, exchanges, and funds; foster deep cooperation such as alliances, equity investments, and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Participate in post-investment management to ensure alignment with company strategy and long-term value creation.

Team Management & Leadership

  • Build and manage the business team, enhance team capability, and ensure effective operations.
  • Lead performance evaluations and ensure key business targets are met.

Requirements

Core Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management, Blockchain Technology, or related fields.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in business development, investment, or go-to-market roles within Web3, FinTech, cloud computing, mining, or blockchain-related industries.
  • Prior experience at large internet/technology companies, blockchain projects, mining machine manufacturers, cloud mining platforms, or investment/fund institutions is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in global market expansion and investment or partnership management, with a strong understanding of Web3, digital assets, mining, and cloud infrastructure business models.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of industry ecosystems, revenue models, and partnership structures across Web3, digital assets, mining, and cloud computing sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently source, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships or enterprise-level deals.
  • Experience developing market entry strategies and long-term commercial plans across multiple regions.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and business performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (able to conduct negotiations, presentations, and documentation independently).

Soft Skills

  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging senior-level partners and clients.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with experience motivating and driving high-performance teams.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Self-driven problem solver with strong ownership and execution ability.
  • Established network of key accounts, institutional partners, or industry stakeholders within the Web3/mining/cloud ecosystem.
  • Experience leading cross-border or multi-regional expansion initiatives.
  • Exposure to fundraising, investment transactions, or strategic alliances.
  • Experience scaling BD or commercial teams from early stage to growth stage.
