Responsibilities
- Business Development (Europe & US): Responsible for business development in the European and US markets, focusing on ecosystem partners and strategic accounts. Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies.
- Ecosystem & Strategic Account Management: Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with key accounts, channel partners, system integrators, and educational ecosystem customers in Europe and the US. Drive in-depth local collaborations from multiple dimensions.
- B2B Sales Lifecycle Management: Independently manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, solution demonstration, contract negotiation, to deal closure. Take full ownership of sales performance and market results.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, and marketing teams at headquarters in Shanghai; collect and communicate customers' requirements to drive product and solution improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience: More than 3 years of experience in B2B business development, key account sales, or ecosystem partnership. Background in robotics, automation, AI, sensors, or related technology sectors preferred.
- Market Knowledge: Familiar with European and US business culture and market dynamics; proven track record of successfully expanding overseas markets.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to communicate with internal stakeholders from HQ in China and customers in the European and US Markets.
- Core Competencies: Highly self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently under remote reporting structure and take full accountability for outcomes.
Good to Have
- Existing network within the robotics ecosystem (e.g., channel partners, system integrators, universities).
- Experience in strategic partnerships, ecosystem projects, or complex commercial negotiations.
- Basic technical understanding of LiDAR, SLAM, or robotic operating systems.
