Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
• Provide first-level support for account-related and system-related enquiries
• Assist users with account setup, password resets, and basic troubleshooting
• Accurately document and track enquiries within the system
• Deliver a positive customer experience through timely follow-up and resolution

Requirements
• Comfortable handling enquiries through phone and email
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
