Regional Sales Executive
REVUP CONSULTING PTE. LTD.
Our Client
Our client is one of Asia's most recognised consumer goods companies, with a commercial footprint spanning SEA, the Middle East, South Asia, and beyond. Best known for their iconic food and beverage lines — from instant noodles to ready-to-drink teas — they have built formidable distribution muscle and strong brand equity across multiple continents. Their Singapore office serves as the international hub, driving regional sales strategy and business development for markets outside their home base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage distributor and key account relationships across assigned regional markets.
- Drive sell-in and sell-out performance by working closely with partners on trade plans, promotions, and joint business plans.
- Own the full sales cycle for assigned markets — from prospecting and pitching to closing and ongoing account management.
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and HQ to ensure smooth product launches and in-market execution.
- Monitor market performance and competitor activity; translate findings into clear commercial recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, distributors, and trade partners across SEA markets.
- Prepare and present sales reviews, forecasts, and business updates to internal stakeholders and regional leadership.
- Identify white space opportunities — new markets, new channels, new accounts — and build the case for entry.
Requirements
- Proven FMCG sales experience with hands-on distributor and/or key account management — ideally across regional markets, not just Singapore domestic.
- Strong commercial acumen: you understand sell-in vs. sell-out, trade spend ROI, and how to read a P&L.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) — you will be working closely with partners and HQ stakeholders based in China.
- Comfortable with frequent regional travel — this role covers multiple markets and you need to be present on the ground.
- Self-starter who can operate with autonomy in a lean, fast-moving environment.
- Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Organised and data-driven — able to track performance, spot trends, and act on them.
