Project Manager

What you'll be doing

• Developing and managing project plans, schedules and budgets
• Coordinating and supervising cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed effectively
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, issues and constraints
• Communicating project status and performance to stakeholders
• Ensuring projects comply with relevant engineering standards, regulations and safety protocols
• Providing technical guidance and support to project teams
• Continuous improvement of project management processes and tools

What we're looking for

• Minimum 15 years' experience as a Project Manager in the engineering industry, preferably in electrical engineering projects. Minimum one HDB project completion is REQUIRED
• Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Technical proficiency in electrical engineering principles and practices
• Proficient in project scheduling, cost control and risk management
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering or related field
